What is EFT and how l use it with my client in their life coaching sessions.
Theory. EFT just works, period.
Cindy has been trained in Emotional Freedom Technique and uses it on herself and with her life coaching clients.
EFT is a amazing modality that works with pressure points on the body (meridian points, acupressure and acupuncture points).
Cindy could write pages on what EFT is and how it has healed emotional blocks within herself and with her clients but this is a brief description of what it is all about.
Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. Once the distress is reduced or removed, your body can often re balance itself, and accelerate healing.
The method involves tapping specific points on your head and chest with your fingertips while saying certain words and phrases that are stored in the sub conscious mind. Healing traumatic things from our past and to healing specific problem—be it a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc. lt is advised to work with a qualified EFT therapist so you don’t get stuck with the healing you are doing.
EFT works to clear the emotional block from your body’s bio energy system, thus restoring your mind and body’s balance.

I have been using EFT since 2003 and l share with people that it saved my life. l had been suffering from Panic attacks and Phobias since l was 14 and l felt like l had no life. I got to the point that l couldn’t leave my house out of fear of having another panic attack.
I had gone to many different therapist and doctors but nothing was making me better. Then l turned to holistic therapy and WOW what a amazing journey l started.
l started to heal and to dig deeper into what was causing the panic attacks and phobias. Little did l know that it all started from my childhood. I had so many stored emotional issues in my sub conscious and they were all making me sick.
EFT healed me from all the blocks, triggers and unhealthy beliefs about myself. I worked with my EFT therapist for about 4 months and l had my life back again.
I would tap on my pressure points while thinking about leaving my home, when l would step out onto the side walk, each time l faced my fear I would tap tap tap.
Each day was a new baby step for me and l kept healing so many things and gaining my freedom back.
l used EFT for anxiety, panic, fears, phobias, the stress in my life, my Mother’s cancer at the time, my self esteem (which l had none after being a very abusive relationship for 18 years), self confidence, and so many other things.
l am can totally say 100 % that EFT works and l have a wonderful life.
